Outstanding communication, education, patience and support. Took our cat in for severe bad breath and loose tooth. While sad to learn our cat had severe tooth decay and issues, this Vet and support staff walked us thru our options, explained the impact to our cat, and were incredibly supportive throughout the process. My animals have had great veterinary care and I have had good service here; but, they are no longer taking "walk-in emergency appointments." This is no longer an "Emergency" vet or "24-hours" by any useful measure. The marketing is deceptive and likely to cost precious minutes during an actual crisis. I will be glad to update the score for the care my pets have received when the nonsense is corrected.

Saved my dog from acute poisoning! Without them I'm not sure what would have happened to my 10 year old dog.

Our older dog had a neurological event last night and Dulles South got us in immediately. They could not have been kinder and more helpful during a very scary situation. The staff were professional and took the time to talk us through paperwork and options. The vet was straightforward and sent us home with excellent information. Ajax loved everyone he met there, and they made sure to make our sweet boy comfortable. Wonderful place and people!
