        The attendants constantly state that they cannot help you, the waiting time is over an hour by phone, and the company has zero to none experience handling customers. If I were you I would choose another travel agency because this agency is going to run itself out of business.

        No one was at this location. I can only assume employees are working remotely. No signage indicated this. Don't bother showing up here. The phones are manned though and the representative was very helpful.
