United Fairfax Travel

I wanted to take a moment to caution anyone from using United Fairfax Travel Agency located on Main Street in the Fairfax Square office park. I approached their team this morning about possibly considering being a business sponsor for our local elementary school's 5k. The associates did not seem busy, were not on any calls, so I felt that a friendly introduction was appropriate at the time. One of their staff members stood up at her desk and screamed, "What makes you think you can come in here?! We do NOT support schools! Get out!!!" I was completely rattled by her rude behavior. My family and I do enjoy travel. I am CERTAIN I will not be calling on assistance from this agency. I like to support local businesses. This was really shocking behavior. When I called later to follow up with a manager, I was hung up on. I tried calling again and no one would answer. I have lived in this area for years and have NEVER experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism.

Had a great trip put together by the UFX team. Throughly enjoyed by cruise to the Caribbean and cannot wait to begin planning my next trip with them. :)

Awesome Team! Very detail oriented and when the documents arrived they were put together in a very professional manner.  They were sent via UPS and no silly charges like 9 dollars 16 dollars etc... truly a great office to work with!

I am CERTAIN I will not be calling on assistance from this agency. I like to support local businesses. This was really shocking behavior. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Excellent trip put together by Sue and her team at UFX Travel! Already have booked another trip with for next year.
