Vector Security - Authorized Dealers

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SECURITY COMPANY AS POSSIBLE...OUR HOUSE WAS RECENTLY ROBBED AND OUR HOME SECURITY SYSTEM WITH VECTOR DIDN'T WORK AT ALL! THE ROBBERS ENDED UP FLIPPING OUR HOUSE UPSIDE DOWN...I CALLED VECTOR SECURITY UP THE VERY NEXT DAY AND THE GUY ON THE PHONE SAID 'THE SYSTEM SHOULD HAVE WORKED...WE HAVE NO IDEA WHY IT DIDN'T WORK'...I ASKED FOR SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FROM VECTOR AND THE GUY JUST LAUGHED IN MY FACE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME...ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!!!! IF ANYONE IS READING THIS...SERIOUSLY, DON'T PICK VECTOR SECURITY FOR ANYTHING, ANYTHING AT ALL...YOU'RE MUCH BETTER OFF SPENDING A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND GOING WITH ADT, STANLEY SECURITY, OR LITERALLY ANY OTHER SECURITY COMPANY OUT THERE...TRUST ME. OHHHH! ONE LAST THING I FORGOT TO MENTION...WE HAD A TECH FROM VECTOR COME OUT AND CHECK ON OUR SYSTEM FOR ANY POTENTIAL DEFAULTS A WEEK BEFORE THE BURGLARY TOOK PLACE...THE TECH SAID EVERYTHING WITH OUR SYSTEM WAS IN WORKING ORDER...I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH...VECTOR SECURITY COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF YOUR FAMILIES. IF YOU TRULY CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY, DON'T PICK VECTOR!!!!!!!!

So...my experience with Vector has been very painful from the start. The guy who came out to do the survey was painful to deal with, but it looked like a good deal and I signed the paperwork, which includes providing your credit card. I told him I would get back to him with a date when I could take the day off and be there for the system installation. In the coming two weeks I received several calls to confirm my installation that was scheduled the next day...even though I hadnt scheduled anything, and kept telling the (pleasant) lady calling me that I hadnt scheduled anything. Then, out of the blue, I get a charge on my credit card for the full amount of the install. I called the rep I was working with, and he assured me I wouldnt get a second charge AFTER the install was completed. Two weeks later the guys came out and did the installation. They were pretty good guys...no issues there. But the sensors for the front door and a sliding door kept reporting the doors as open when they were closed. Vector sent someone out and replaced the sensors...so far so good now. Then...today...three weeks after the installation, I get billed AGAIN for the installation. So I call the company...I speak to a guy who is nice, but says the billing office is closed, call back after the 4th of July holiday. I texted the rep who I worked with about this as well...turns out he left Vector for another alarm company. People told me Vector wasnt very good and I should go with ADT...I should have listened to them.
