My family and I had a horrible experience with this lady Shefali Ryan since day number 1. Stressful person to deal with, Unprofessional , disrespectful with the time of others, rude to other people as well. We moved from another state to VA. we wish we could have someone with better skills to work with people from different cultures and countries. We had to rent a house through her and probably reason why she treated us really poor( it wasnt a big deal for her) never even say a hello back. She doesnt know the basic kind words: hello, please and thank you! We thought that It was her culture and maybe its just different, but while in the house dealing with her it was a nightmare. She schedule service for the house without letting us know in advance ( just 2 hours prior to the appointment she contact us to let us know the people were going to come over in a holiday weekend) she tried to accused us for not receiving the people and make us pay for the service just because we were not available the same day with 2 hours prior notice YES 2 hours not 24! and It was not an emergency. we have more info about her bad service. We Will take this case into a higher lever as Well, because everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Stay away from her if you can.

I have worked with many real estate professionals, but Shefali is hands down the best. She has intimate market knowledge, great negotiating skills, and the expertise to manage the most complicated of deals. We will most certainly be working with her again, thank you Shefali!

Shefali is awesome - super prompt, communicative, and professional, and advocates for her clients' best interests at all times while still being fair, honest, and direct with all parties involved. Highly recommend, and look forward to continuing to work with her hopefully for years to come.
