Andr was amazing! He helped me sell my house in Chantilly. It was a bit of a difficult situation but he was able to negotiate a high price and also helped me get a house later in Fairfax.

Andre is great! I've seen him help a lot people buy and sell homes in fairfax, and Chantilly over the years and he has always been able to help them get exactly what they wanted. He has great negotiation skills and an awesome real estate team. Would definitely recommend.

I could go on and on about how great Andre is! I referred him to my parents without knowing what to expect and very happy I did. The fact that all his listings would always catch my eye even though I wasnt looking to buy or sell I felt he knew what he was doing. Many realtors simply use MLS to list properties and thats it, but Andre does more than that (uses various platforms) so everyone with or without realtors have the ability to see whats out there, and that is the way to do it! On top of that he is personable, helpful, reliable, respectful of your thoughts and decisions and most importantly VERY communicative (major plus that many realtors lack in). He was always available no matter what time of day it was. He understood our goals and went over and beyond to fulfill them. All I can say is we have made Andre our family realtor and will continue to use him for all future real estate transactions and I know I will be recommending him to anyone in need of a realtor.
