I found out about Innovation Properties through an ad. I was skeptical at first, but once I met Devin, I knew right away I could trust him. I felt very confident that he had our best interest in mind. We looked at several homes in the Northern Virginia area and Devin was very patient with us through the whole process. Once we decided on the home we wanted to purchase, Devin proved to be an excellent negotiator, getting the seller to pay almost all of our closing costs. After we finished buying and closing on the home, Devin even followed up with some gifts to help make our new house a real home. Devin Moore was hands down the best agent i have ever worked with. I procrastinated about 6 months or so before I went forward with selling my home....in the middle of a Pandemic! Devin was patient with me as I made my decision. Never did I feel any pressure from him. I sold my house within days of putting on the market......for the highest price in my neighborhood! The process was painless. Not only did he get me top dollar he also found me a new house in which he negotiated so well I actually came out making about $500! WHO gets paid to buy a home??? Me! He also suggested that I use a different company for my loan than Navy Federal (they have a termendous back log) which was a HUGE leap of faith for me and I closed on the new house in 21 day of my offer. Anyone who has done a VA Loan knows that is nearly impossible! Devin continues to follow up with my family and I as we get settled into our new home. He is an absolute professional. I never write reviews....but I absolutely appreciate his kindness and professionalism and if you are looking for an agent.....he is your guy
