We have had a wonderful experience with Daniel. From the very beginning of the process, he made sure he understood what we liked so he could help us find our dream home. We spent months searching for our house and Dan was incredibly helpful, understanding, patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. Daniel always gave us very beneficial advice, especially during this current very hot market. With almost 20 years of experience, we trusted his strategies and opinion and he always impressed us with his real estate knowledge and professionalism. Dan gave us a personalized experience from the very first day and even after buying the house. We have visited numerous houses over the past 7 months and he never gave up helping us find the house we dreamed of. He went over and above just to help us find our beautiful house. He was very assuring and supportive during the entire processes and during the hardest times between putting down an offer and officially closing. Dan helped us sell & purchase a home. He is extremely kind, honest & knowledgeable. He is great at communication & always responds quickly- whether its booking showings, giving updates, or answering questions (which we had a lot of). We interacted with a lot of realtors but Dan stood out to us because of his patience and could tell that he didn't want to just sell us any home but was really willing to put in the time and effort to find our perfect home- which meant a lot to us. I can truly say my family and I were blessed to have Daniel Dominguez in our corner. This was a long process, but he never let us give up...although I wanted to many times. We told Dan our needs and wants and the first day we met he guided us to where we would end up buying, I just didn’t know it until 6 months later, lol. He knew what we wanted and he made it happen! This home was not on our radar, and he reached out to us because he knew it fit our needs and budget. We have the home of our dreams and it’s all thanks to God, and Dan. Dan helped us buy our first town home recently. He has been very patient right from the start. He gave lot of information for almost year though we weren't ready for buying a house. When it was time he very proactive helped us show properties to our preference, answered all the questions, provided suggestions during the entire process. Even after the purchase he was available to answer any questions. We are happy with the decision of going with Dan as our realtor.

Dan helped us buy a home this Winter/Spring. It was a tough time to buy a home. It started with a wildly competitive market and ended with a quarantine. Dan was there helping us the whole way through. We had to back out of a house after an inspection went bad. That was a scary situation and Dan took care of the whole thing. His priority was always making sure we found a house we loved. Not sure how we would have done it without him. Thanks Dan!
