Dr made mistake on my ankle surgery and now I will be in pain the rest of my life. It seems like they cut some ligaments and tendons. MRI after the surgery mentioned my ankle got messed up. Now I can't walk without pain. It feels like there is nail screwed on your bone so when you move, you are going against the nail.

Dr. Paylor is phenomenal. I had seen several doctors in the past who said the issue couldnt be addressed or the only way to address it was remove the toenail and hope it grows back. Dr. Paylor had straight forward solutions that, given a few months to take effect had my toe nail healthy as new and gave me a way to prevent similar issues in the future.

Dr. Kaas takes her time with her patients. she is knowledgeable and thorough. She and her staff fully explain what is covered by insurance and what may be an out of pocket expense. I got orthotics and they are wonderful. solved my problem and we're well worthy the cost. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs help with foot and ankle pain.

Had a horrific experience being stuck overseas and sent a message regarding the situation and cancelling an appointment online two days or so beforehand as to not inconvenience the office if I couldnt make it. I somehow made it home the day of my appointment and called them at 12:50pm to see if my appointment was still there. They said yes and I was all set for 3:30. When I arrived glad at least something positive happened that day, they told me there was a system error and my appointment had been cancelled. Because the doctor was running behind as well, they couldnt fit me in for that day. It really tanked my mood as neither the system error or the doctor running late had been my fault, and I had even checked beforehand to see if the appointment was in fact still there. I had wasted gas and time coming despite everything and above all Im still in pain. I dont know if it was a system error or someone made a mistake after I called to confirm, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I ended up just cancelling the rescheduled appointment too in fear theyd say there was a system error again. I have nothing to say regarding the doctors as I didnt see them but Im not sure whats going on with management or if it really is an issue with the system. Id feel differently if I hadnt called beforehand to confirm the appointment. Also, when I called to cancel as I explained who I was and that I had just been inside and speaking with her, she said she didnt understand what Im getting at and asked me so then whats your question? I was just explaining, not complaining. I probably wouldnt have left a bad review if not for that last bit. Maybe she had an off day. I dont know.
