Not only slow, beyond slow, but also rude. Cant the military health system do better than this?

Another disappointing visit. There are 8 service windows and only 3 are open. The wait time exceeded 2 hours and the waiting area wasn't even at capacity. If only I could rate this place with zero stars. It is a shame how the staff has a complete disregard for patients' time. Find another pharmacy - don't come here.

Closed at 1:30pm on Sat, not 2:00pm. Security let me in immediately, only to have the receptionist ask me how I got in. No website; 404 error.

The new script center has turned an agonizing wait at the pharmacy to pick up refills into a quick 5 minute in and out!! Remember it's for refills! Do set yourself up to use the script center and then when calling in a refill don't select the Fairfax Pharmacy (I think #3?). Wait for #9 and select the script center. Pharmacy manager the phone message instructions need to be change so that instruction comes up at the beginning. After the big switch to a new system we're right back where we were. Long waits with few windows open. An employee who takes over a window from someone else and then spends 10 minutes or more staring at a screen. And - if anyone cares - I'm sick of having to announce my name and date of birth to everyone in the room. It's a VIOLATION OF MY PRIVACY. THE PEOPLE AT THE WINDOW CAN'T HEAR THRU THE GLASS!
