The swimming pool has so much chloride added to it I guess it has a strong smell which gives me headaches.

The absence of functional showers for months has severely tarnished my experience. Despite promises of renovation completion by March 20th, the men's shower area remained unfinished well into April. This lack of basic amenities is unacceptable for a gym that promotes health and fitness.

Former LT personal trainer and LT lifer (and always will). However, I dont think Ive ever been to a LT with this uninspired of a staff / concierge (specifically concierge). Sadly really unwelcoming and rude. But at least the people folding towels are kind :)

Renovation is getting ridiculous. There was a fire alarm test. During business hours. Went on for over 40 minutes. Didn't flag it as a test for 30-60 seconds after it started. Men haven't had access to a shower for months. Construction noise is constant. Impact drills. Things going in reverse and beeping. Don't be a member it's awful.

GTX is offensively loud, youll have to blast your music to the maximum if youre working out there during the morning, save a few areas like the locker room and steam rooms. The shower situation and the choice of contractors this corporation has gone with for their remodeling is shameful. Dont join with the expectation of working showers or a full gym floor. I wouldnt even bring my children, they let old men into the family locker room to shower when they have no children. Its honestly a shame, the folks that work here and the staff seem top notch, but they corporation mailed in their renovations so hard, its difficult to ignore. And dont go to Centreville hoping its any better, because those showers are out too. Best of luck.
