My experience with the front desk staff at this pain management facility was highly disappointing. Their rude attitude, lack of professionalism, and refusal to even provide me the doctors NPI number, which is public information to share. Patient relation should be a priority in any good or bad healthcare setting, it is truly disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism in this facility.
It is clear that this pain management front desk workers are in absolute need for additional training in order to better serve and communicate with patients. As a patient, it is important to feel valued and supported in a facility, and by how they treat their patients this facility is not doing its job so I encourage anybody that is seeing this review to explore other pain management facilities and get the right treatment needed.
