I had an absolutely wonderful experience with CAO and Dr. Julie Vrabel. I suffered from a bad ankle sprain that tore two ligaments and left some scar tissue, which left me in a lot of pain and with reduced ankle mobility. For over a year I tried to do things on my own to regain the mobility in my ankle and reduce the consistent pain but had no luck. In just a couple months visiting CAO I saw a lot of progress and was able to engage in my regular physical activities. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and I cannot thank Dr. Julie enough for all of her help.

I have received physical therapy (PT) at the Fair Oaks location for many months, while my multiple doctors review my case and consider the risks and benefits of surgery. (It's complicated!) Karrie and the PT staff are superb! They have been keeping me at my current level of mobility and have improved some apects. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and always helpful. They are head and shoulders above PT therapists I have had in the past.
