Just Trust Tom

I was unbelievably fortunate to work with Tom when I was selling my home during the summer. I was in the last few weeks of studying for an exam so I did not have much time to deal with the nitty-gritty selling a house. Tom made all the home repair appointments and arrangements to fit into my schedule so I wasnt inconvenienced. He always gave us honest feedback and was very detailed and organized in prioritizing what was important. With his connections and vast network of vendors, we were able to get all the home related tasks completed before opening. Tom was a dream to work with, an absolute heaven sent! If I have another home to sell in the future, Im 100% choosing Tom to undertake that endeavor. Thank you for everything Tom!

Tom is very dedicated and hard working. He sat down with me and asked what my requirements were in finding a house to buy. He listened and took notes and said he'll start looking and send me a list of places that matched my criteria. Tom was very good with setting up the visits to all the places I wanted to visit. Reaching out to the selling agents and working around my busy work schedule. Once we found my ideal place Tom worked very hard in the negotiation phase of the purchase. Getting me the price I wanted and having the seller agree to pay for an aging HVAC. His negotiating skills were very impressive which also resulted in me getting a home warranty paid by the seller as well. Tom explained every detail of what to expect at closing and set me up with a mortgage company that gave me an outstanding rate on a VA loan. As a veteran I was happy to see my service was appreciated. Tom was there for me every step of the way for this important purchase in my life and had my best interest in mind. He even set me up with a company that I used for my home renovations. I highly recommend Tom and promise you will not be disappointed.
