        I used the $30.99 coupon, which include 14 pcs of chicken, 2 large sides, and 7 biscuits. However, when I checked my order I just had 10 pcs. Also, the chickens were too dried and smaller than other franchises.

        (New restaurant) wow, I thought I was having a good experience: Unfortunately, the service was terrible, starting with the cashier and ending with the manager, who lacked professional ethics. They made me wait more than 30 minutes to receive the order. I asked the cashier about the order and she responded as if she didn't care
