If you are moving into the nation's capital, you MUST contact Ron. We moved across the country while selling and buying at the same time. We were referred to two other agents in the area and then we were referred to Ron, and we knew right away he was the right agent for us. Energetic, realistic, transparent, trustworthy, and responsive are words I would use to describe Ron, and he made it the easiest move we have ever had. We recently relocated back to the states from abroad. Buying a home from another country isnt easy, but Ron made the process seamless. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy or rent, and Ron was honest about the reality of each, never hesitated to schedule virtual viewings for us, and was amazing at being the boots on the ground while we couldnt be there in person! He made himself available on short notice and weekends and always answered his phone. If you need an agent that is great at communicating and fun to work with, Ron is your guy! We were introduced to Ron through a mutual military friend who highly recommended him due to his understanding of the military lifestyle and PCS process. Coming from overseas was hard enough and we wanted someone who understood that. Ron started showing us homes in 2022, and like many, we couldn't stomach what we could get for the money. Ron was very supportive and gave advice that was obvious he had our best interest in mind, not his wallet. Living on base for a year was enough to motivate us to get back on the hunt, and Ron was the first person we called.
