Moe's Southwest Grill

Normally my friends and I really enjoy Moes. We have been doing Moes Monday religiously every week. I still remember the first time we all went and one of my friends opened the box and said "oh my god that's too much meat!" Moes in the Northern VA area has always been a great experience but our first time at this Fairfax location was just abysmal. Even though we ordered online, we had to wait over 30 minutes in the store for our order. What was the point of ordering online and being told a specific time for pickup if the order was not going to be ready? If we wanted to wait we could have just gotten line and ordered at the stores. Waiting for our orders caused us to be late for other errands. To top it off, our orders were incorrect and incomplete when we got home. One of the bowls was missing the protein and all the others had one or more toppings missing. I hope this location goes under new management as this was a very disappointing experience for us and they really need to change their operations to be on par with the rest of the chain.

I have ordered from this restaurant about 10 times if not more. Only twice did my order have guacamole. I tried again today and again NO GUACAMOLE... I don't understand why they don't read the ticket they put on your bowl. It says I paid extra and want guacamole but they don't give it. This was my last time ordering from this moes because they always mess up and they never fix the problem. They told me a couple times it was because they were busy with lunch rush so I order when people aren't usually getting lunch like after 2pm. Still they cannot follow the orders. Don't order delivery from here if you want guacamole. If you are in person you can at least catch what they are doing. Just avoid this place because they won't change.

First my food is not portion right they charged me for extra chicken when it was supposed to be half an half my meal ended up coming out to be $17 an I had to pay for extra cheese an it still wasnt enough as seen in the picture if Moes food looks like this will not eat it anymore $20 for what exactly
