For the past 3 years, my family has unfortunately been required and only allowed to see PCPs at this facility.
Each time we have gone - or attempted to go - has been a poor experience. However, the worst part has always been trying to get in and actually schedule a visit. There was a period of 4 weeks where I would call every week day and would receive no answer or call back from the appointment office.
And now finally, as we are leaving on orders, we have been run around in circles trying to get physicals for my two kids. Dr. Sarodi yelled at me and refused to help me, took me to the charge nurse, and then stormed off in anger.
It is highly unprofessional and very unfortunate to try so hard to receive sub-par medical care and documentation.
I do not recommend this facility and encourage any new family moving to the area to directly call the Surgeon General at Ft. Belvoir to receive outpatient referral.

The nurses and assistant nurses are not nice and make me very uncomfortable. I came with my son for help, and they treated him and I like we were threatening them. I don't like being harassed.

Improvement noticed as this facility has recently increased staffing. The pharmacy has made a noticeable turnaround, and you can pick up refills quickly by signing up for and choosing the prescription pickup box. Also use the Genesis Health portal to schedule appointments, request prescription renewals and communicating with staff for quicker service.

Honestly I dont need to go on about how horrible this pharmacy is, because everyone has basically said what needs to be said. but geezzzz when is someone going to review these reviews and do something about it. I absolutely hate coming to this pharmacy. Even with 4 people here its still a long wait. You call in AND STILLLL, a long wait
