I am very appreciative of their patience and understanding, as it took almost a year for us to finish the process; life kept happening along the way. Mr Yaos paralegal, Bria Diaz, regularly but patiently kept in touch, offering whatever support we needed. She and Mr Yao quickly and professionally answered all of our questions as they came up. The day of document signing, Bria did an amazing job leading us through the process. The firm also provided clear, written instructions on tasks to do after the meeting. Highly recommend.
