R T Turf

This is a very impressive group of gardeners to hire if you have specific needs about your garden. It can be that you need help setting it up (like in my case), but they also do maintenance tasks like trimming, cutting, mowing, or generally just improving your garden and they’re really good at it.

We have used RT Turf for at least 10 years for maintenance on our yard and for leaf removal in the fall. They do a great job, very professional and consistent. Their pricing seems more than fair. I highly recommend them.

I left a voicemail for Rick from R T Turf to request a consultation for a landscaping job. For several days I did not receive a response to the voicemail, so I followed up with an email inquiry through the website. Finally I received an emailed response acknowledging that he received my voicemail and apologizing for not responding. He proposed coming out this morning (Monday, Columbus Day) after 8am. I responded that this would work and he acknowledged the agreed upon time. Fast forward to this morning (Monday- Columbus Day) and it is currently 9:30AM. I have been waiting an hour and a half with no call, no email from Rick with an updated time, despite calling and emailing requesting an estimated time of arrival. I am very disappointed as Rick came recommended by a trusted coworker, but his lack of professionalism and consideration of the value of my time is extremely frustrating. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.
