This is a horrible agency. I was forced to deal with them regarding COBRA coverage and they made every error possible along the way. Their version of customer service is shameful, and they should be 110% embarrassed by the manner in which they handle situations and in how they interact with other human beings. Their abject bias unacceptable as is their continued absence of communication and respect for others.
