        I am happy with Hyundai Services because Josh Durdaller knows his job very well. He is efficient and he is a good leader. He makes a Hyndai a better place. You should appreciate him because he is changing The Customer Services in a good way. You should give the authority and resources to improved The Customer Services to Fairfax office , and be the model for others offices.

        Terrible experience. Avoid this dealership at all cost. I came 1/2 hour earlier for my service appointment and waited 3 hours so that my service adviser can tell me they need to keep my car for the weekend. Terrible service and complete waste of time. avoid this dealership at all cost. asked for a manager and they are no where to be find. What's going on in here. Take your business else where.

        Mr. Durdallar, is one in a million! He is very informative and knowledgeable. My service experience with him is always impeccable. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. What an asset to have on your team. He is one the reason that we travel from Manassas to Fairfax to service our three vehicles.
