        Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They sell some items that are outside of many peoples price range but they are glad to demo and tell you all about it.

        I drove 40 minutes to negotiate and purchase a $20K Classy Mono Blocks amplifier set, which they advertised as "Available in Stores Only" and they did not have any on hand! Then they said I could only order them in the store! They only showed the price for one amplifier, but never stated "Each" or "Pair" which was also misleading. I had issue when this place when they would not pay to return ship a 200 lbs $3,000 subwoofer, and I had to haul it back to the srore over two years. So needless to say, I am not happy with this store, the service and now, false and misleading advertising. and will not be purchasing again from this audio store. Why not just tell the truth!!! NOT GOOD SERVICE! LW

        Worked with Ben to choose a home theater system matched to my needs and budget. Could not be happier! Awesome and knowledgeable staff. Really took the time to explain everything and did not feel pressured at all. Had a slight hiccup during installation (change of installation equipment from the manufacturer), but they took care of it with no excuses and full transparency. Would highly recommend!!!
