Krishna was working cash register on my visit today. I had a bunch of gift cards that had been sitting around, we couldnt even see pin # on one of them.
Krishna, with some assistance from two other great employees patiently assisted me to look up balance and apply every card (7).
I usually dread having to ask for help at stores, but this was not the case at the Fairfax Home Depot. They ROCK!!

I came to the Home Depot in 29 Lee Highway, Fairfax VA. 3/28 / 24 at 8:45 am To return the item I buy from them.
They dont want to accept the item without the receipt I ask for the store card. They denied me when I call for the manager she was so mean she doesnt want to answer my question at all. She doesnt want to provide me, customer service number or anything. Experience I have with them this morning I will never come back to this Home Depot again. I am a contractor I spent over $200,000 only in Home Depot a year.

THIS STORE IS GOING FROM BAD TO WORSE THEY HAVE MANY PEOPLE TALKING EACH OTHER ON THE SELF CHECK OUT LINE BUT NO ONE FOR THE ELECTRICAL I JUST NEED TO GET SOME F. CABLE CUT AND NO ONE YEA NO ONE CAN DO THAT ! FYI GIVE ME THE F. COSE I DO IT MY SELF BUT CANT KEEP WASTING PEOPLES TIME LIKE THAT I BEEN HERE WAITING FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES AND NO ONE CANT CUT THIS CABLE THATS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I STILL WAITING BECAUSE I NEED THIS TO COMPLETE MY WORK I DONT KNOW WHO OR WHAT IS THE MANAGER BUT IT NEEDS TO BE SOME CHANGES ON THIS STORE , I ALWAYS GO TO THE FAIRFAX CIRCLE LOCATION BECAUSE THEY ARE MUCH BETTER SERVICE BUT TODAY THIS LOCATION IS THE NEAR ME ! Do not go to this location beware to get a bad experience!
