Marwan and his team are truly exceptional. The level of care and understanding is a plus, but the real value comes in the people Marwan hires. Every aide his agency has sent over has been extremely qualified and supportive to meet the needs of my mother. I have dealt with and hired all of the nationally affiliated agencies and very quickly stopped using them due to the low quality people they would send me. None of them even come close to Marwan and his team. Marwan is very involved and is always available to address your concerns or questions. This is an A+ team.

I have worked with Options for Senior America for 2 months now and it has been such a rewarding experience. My boss Marwan is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting and he gave me everything necessary to be a companion and exceed the expectations the family had set out for me. If you are or a loved one needs an excellent company to provide a companion, they should be your first call. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Options for Senior America and was able to make a lasting to connection with my companion.

Options For Senior America has given me the opportunity to grow more within my nursing career. I been working with the company for almost a year now. I love that fact that I have a flexible schedule and our boss (Marwan) is a really understanding person. Outstanding service and people. Options helped me during an extended recovery period following a motorcycle accident. From my initial contact with them to the last care provider I Interacted with, everyone was a professional, extremely competent, pleasant to deal with, and most importantly caring. I don’t know why they are called Options for “senior” America, I’m in my mid fifties and don’t think of myself as a “senior” (no offense to the real seniors out there :) ). The point is the services they provide are not limited to seniors. If one can say home-care can ever be a pleasant thing, Options made it so for me during my 3 months of rehab.
