Nice store, very good stuff. But one of the staff which was a women of third age, was very rude and disrespectful. On the other hand; Nikki and another young man were very nice and offered assistance as soon as we walked through the door. Ill probably return.

Hello I was recently in the Dulles Brookstone here trying out massage chairs for my lower back. I know how Brookstone works, everybody does, but where I was confused was the man with the full beard said I couldnt try all the chairs. Now his reasoning was because other customers would want to try which is TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE. However when I looked around there were only 2 other people in the store. One 2 chairs down, in which I did not want to try that chair, and a lady that was looking at the remote control cars. I came across 2 other nice employees before him, a sweet girl with glasses and a man with a short hair-cut clean shave. They helped me get in and get out the first chair. She had said the cheaper chair would give me a deeper massage. While on both chairs the man with the full beard asked if I was ready to get up well before the Demo was over. Now I understand good customer service, but two Are you ready to get up statements, followed by a You cannot jump in all the chairs there are other customers makes me feel rushed and I could not have the full shopping experience. And again, I would completely understand if there were a number of people in there, even coming in and out or asking about the chairs. But that was not the case. I will still shop around for a massage chair, maybe Brooksyone, but I will not do business with the full bearded man. Thank you,
