Design Pro Remodeling

Second time working with Design Pro, this time for far more work since my last experience six years ago. Total professionals, couldnt be happier with their work after a burst pipe essentially destroyed my condo and had to be gutted save for a bathroom. This was also my second time working with our Project Manager, Robbie. I found him to be extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. Not to mention that the work finished on time (faster than I had ever expected) and on budget and it looks great. We'd probably have taken a different approach had this been a "voluntary" renovation but I wouldn't hesitate to use Design Pro a third time in hopefully our next home.

Flawless execution - completely did the flooring for the interior and exterior of my gym. Deandre has always gone above and beyond with anything hes done for me and I will go back to him for everything I need!

April 2024 (follow-up) - As we approach the one-year anniversary of our renovation we remain extremely pleased with the renovation results. The changes that Design Pro completed have transformed our home and made it a more enjoyable place to live and to entertain. We've not experienced any major concerns whatsoever since project completion. When we reached out with a minor (paint) cosmetic concern, our text received an immediate response, and tradesmen were dispatched without delay. Service after the sale is terrific and reassuring! Our 5 of 5 rating remains unchanged!! ------------------------------------- ------------------------------------- Our project entailed complete renovations of the kitchen, primary and hall bathrooms, room expansions (living and bedroom), floor refinishing and electrical upgrades. We are exceptionally pleased with the quality of Design Pros work. We rate the job at a 5 of 5!! From our initial interactions through completion of the project, the Design Pro team remained engaged, forward-leaning, and attentive to our concerns. The were able to understand our needs and to transform the vision we had for the space into the realities we had hoped for. Sabrina F. chaired our initial consultations and ensured all the relevant parties were involved in the discussions. We consider her involvement instrumental in making certain our project unfolded as planned. Andy R. was our Project Manager. Andy remained in frequent communication throughout the project and provided real-time, one-on-one support. He advised us as we reached project milestones and helped to guide our decisions. Andy interacted with the carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing contractors on our behalf. As he managed these daily responsibilities, Andy always made us feel that our project was his top priority. We very much appreciate his involvement and how he was always available to us. The tradesmen that were managed by Alex (onsite lead) performed quality work. The tradesmen arrived as scheduled, worked continuously and always left the worksite clean. We are very happy with the results and with the professionalism of the Design Pro team. We strongly endorse Design Pro and will reconnect with them when we consider future projects. We had a wonderful experience with Design Pro. We recently completed an extensive kitchen remodeled with them and we love the results. Everyone we worked with was very professional and the quality of the work they did is top-notch. I would highly recommend them for any of your home remodeling needs.

Taquan and Design Pro managed our construction project beautifully. We were both at home and out of town during the work. It was completed on time, on budget, and looks great. This is hard to find in Northern Virginia. I will use them again for any type of home improvement.
