We engaged Saund builder first to upgrade two bathrooms last year and recently to replace basement floor and kitchen remodel. Our experience has been outstanding. I find Hakam and his team very professional and willing to go the extra mile and meet customer expectations.

Saund builders has done two major projects for my house. They built an addition and a sunroom. They also coverted my living room to an open floor plan. This crew is professional, courteous, extremely competitive, on time and most importantly do a really food job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has major addition work that needs to be done.

I contracted Saund Builders to excavate and build a walkout entrance into our basement and had a great experience working with Hakam and his team. Hakam is very communicative and flexible with working around your schedule and any requests you have and/or need done. We asked his team to paint the retainer walls and railing for the walkout and even though that was not within the project scope, he was willing to accommodate it at no extra cost. We found his pricing to be very transparent and fair, the crew to be friendly and professional and the quality of work to be very high. Additionally, we had no issues completing the project within the allotted time frame. I would highly recommend using Saund Builders for potential projects and will likely use them again for larger projects we have planned for our home in the future.
