Pan Am Paving has transformed our whole backyard and driveway over the past three winter months including arresting the associated chronic drainage challenges from a sloping terrain.
Significant terraced walls and a grand staircase in NicoLock's Stonegate Contemporary Wall system (Adobe) now provides the elevation required to flatten out the rear yard. We now have a basically level but contoured sodded backyard that includes French drains that resolve the drainage challenges of the past. Black metal safety fencing on the terraced walls provide for a huge 20' X 60' lower patio along half of the backside of the house that is contiguous with the driveway. A 24' X 18' upper patio was also created outside our rec room sliding glass doors. Our worn out asphalt driveway was replaced with a cobblestone bordered three segment asphalt driveway. This extensive outdoor renovation has created a whole new look, feel, and utility of our backyard while also providing an outstanding curb appeal from the street view.
