I had to pay my last bill of $0.33, and I couldnt do it online, and over the phone they asked for $10 fee, so I stop by at this location. It took them 30 seconds and they were so kind and helpful. Thank you!

Worst location, dont come here. Missed up my phone lines and numbers. They never open on time. Google and their own website says 10 am and they opened the store at 11. Today says closed at 5 instead of 8. I got there atb4 and door was locked. Have to call the actual version to fix my issue. No point of coming here.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I placed an online order for in store pick up and within 30 minutes, this store CANCELLED my order stating "Because your order wasn't picked up, we've canceled your order and started your refund." Mind you, it hadn't even been a full hour yet and I had no notification that the order was even ready. I called a dozen times and not once did someone pick up the phone. I called Verizon and even the corporate office couldn't get anyone to answer the phone! Let me tell you, the supervisor I was speaking to was NOT happy and said they will be filing a formal inquiry as to why no staff would answer the phone within an hour's time period that I was on the phone with them.
