Juan Martin Forero, the owner, manager of JM Residential Solutions did an excellent job for us. I recommend them in the most glowing terms. He personally was at the job site every morning to provide information as to where we were on the project and what they were going to do next. He was very responsive to all our questions, he provided recommendations as to how to proceed, he was very accommodating to requests for additional things not included in the original contract. We are more than just happy with him and his staff. They were all courteous and showed care for the house and obviously took pride in their work. I chose JM Residential for my master bathroom renovations after a few consultations and estimates and having read the reviews of the company. My bathroom was forty plus years old and had never been updated. Juan Martin had it transformed into a beautiful modern bathroom after totally gutting it and removing all the old facilities. It now looks like a totally different bathroom. Juan Martin was very pleasant to work with and with his experience and expertise helped me choose the tiles and flooring and materials needed and made sure everything went together perfectly step by step along the way. He kept me informed daily of the steps as things progressed and coordinated everything in a professional manner. He communicated with me regularly and followed the intended schedule according to the contract. His guys worked very hard and only took a short break to eat their lunch every day. They were always on time as were the other contracted employees such as the plumber, electrician and shower door installer. All in all, the project was very well coordinated. If I decide to have work done in my other bathrooms, I will certainly contact JM and would highly recommend him and his company.

I was fortunate to have this team complete repairs at my rental property. They made my tenants feel taken care of through the whole process and ensured I was kept informed and engaged from beginning to end.
