I had a terrible experience with this company for a toilet and some associated equipment purchase and install.
Problem 1) The salesperson didn't asked about my water supply lines so she sold me a toilet which couldn't be installed.
Problem 2) The plumber arrived but the electrical work hadn't been scheduled for the same appointment. We had to reschedule the non-toilet work (I kept my old toilet rather than purchase a new one - partly because I didn't want to give KBF by Audi more of my money)
Problem 3) The accounting department refused to call me back to discuss a credit for the toilet and she finally just emailed a refund receipt days after she was supposed to talk to me.
Problem 4) The drywall repair contractor wasn't scheduled on the install day nor were they scheduled for 3 weeks after that. I finally repaired the drywall myself.
Problem 5) When I called asking to talk to the owner or someone financially invested in the business, I was told that was Jamille Audi but he was at an estimate. I asked that he call me the next day to talk about my concerns and credit. He didn't call. I did, however, receive an e-mail with a refund receipt the day I called.
I'm shocked at the incompetence of this business. I'm super happy I didn't have a bigger project for them to do.
