Love the pulled pork, and the potato salad is out-of-this world. The people working there are very attentive and nice. We are happy that we have a Red Hot and Blue in Fairfax. Today many people came from the Fairfax Courthouse after the Johnny Depp trial, and likely be back tomorrow. Excitement watching his car go by. They also have a great patio out front facing the main road, so fun to sun, eat and drink, and watch the people and cars go by. Tons of delicious desserts, plus good blues music on the radio.

I havent been here in years, but I was really in the mood for BBQ and am not a huge fan of some other places because theres too much fat in the meat. RH&Bs pulled pork was delicious and the brisket was really enjoyable as well! The pulled pork had the kind of fat that melts in your mouth, which was sooo yummy! And the brisket had the nice lines of fat that I could cut around, which was perfect! Their sauces are tasty as well, and the spicy one certainly packs a punch! They were even kind enough to throw in extra sauce, which I later realized was totally overindulgent of methey give you a hefty amount as-is. Overall, Im really happy I chose them and well be ordering from there for our BBQ cravings from now on!
