I highly recommended going to Quick Lane at Ted Britt Ford for your safety and emissions inspection. The process was a little different from other inspection sites I've used in the past. Instead of waiting in your car outside of the car bays, you park your car and go into the service center, where there are many helpful service advisors to assist you. Carlos Linares was one of the very professional and polite advisors who quickly got me checked in and oriented to their process. Even though he quoted me 40 min-1 hour, I got my car back within 30 minutes! There is a lobby area inside where you can wait for your car. Even though it was only a couple inspections, he treated my car as if I was having it fully serviced - laying down paper floor mats and covering the seat in protective plastic. Really appreciate the awesome service, I'll definitely be coming back for anything else I need for my car.

Zack Lalande did an outstanding job getting me all set up with a new battery, he came out and replaced it himself because the shop was too busy. Outstanding customer service, could not recommend this place (mainly Zack) enough!

These guys are really awesome. For the last couple of years have been helping me with my bad luck with tires and brakes. Theyre really honest and on two occasions they did very quick fixes free of charge instead of telling me I need to buy this or need to replace that. Wish I had a ford so that I can bring in my car for all services. Highly recommended.
