Service is excellent. I didn't have an appointment and they were closing soon yet they quickly repaired my car's flat tire free of charge. I have also gotten my car's state inspection done here, left my car with them and within hours I got the email with complete report. Definitely recommend!

Finally! A shop that checks off ALL the boxes.
Punctual, professional, efficient, communicative, fair, and precise. Their work and customer service is unmatched and it's no wonder that so many people in this area refuse to go anywhere else. Every time I visit, I leave confident and educated. Not to mention, they'll work their tail off to save you a few bucks if they can.

Brought my 2021 Alfa Romeo to Craftsman the day after getting the car from Carvana. They investigated a grinding noise coming from the brake and found that the Carvana tech who serviced the car before I bought installed the brake pad incorrectly. Craftsman efficiently put together a quote to replace all brake pads and rotors with OEM parts, went over to get them from the Alfa dealer in Tysons, and installed them, all in the same day. Very impressed by the staff and will be taking my car here for all maintenance going forward and they made an infuriating situation much better. Absolutely take your performance car to these guys. I hung out all day and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.

Craftsman Auto Care truly deserves five stars for their exceptional service! The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns about your vehicle. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are well-informed and confident in the services being provided. One of the best parts of my experience was the quick turnaround time. They managed to complete the work on my vehicle within the same day, which was incredibly convenient for me.
