        Very smooth process. The initial appointment for an estimate was quick and easy. Drop off was likewise quite simple and quick. Communication was superb during the process and they made it super low maintenance by communicating fires with the insurance company. I would definitely use them again.

        My car was in the shop for over 40 days. They didnt have the parts to replace the door, so I got a rental from the insurance in the meantime. Mind you the car was completely driveable before I left it in the shop. When they told me the car was ready, I picked it up but I noticed at home that the replaced door wasnt even opening from the inside. Called them and they fixed it the next day. Although theyve done an OK job with the door (just the outer shell) replacement, the fact that they didnt even test it afterwards means I wouldnt trust them with bigger jobs. Customer service was fine as most things were timely and they were communicative.
