I brought my car here looking to get a muffler replaced, belt tightened, tire rotation and a battery hold down. After a day I got a call back and was told $800 for the repairs on the muffler and that they would do the other stuff for me so I OKd it. Well after a week I get a call back that the repairs had been done and my total was $1,233.27 for everything. I asked for an explanation to which Rodger said that they ended up putting in a lot more shop hours than they had anticipated. Thats fine and I get that you can run into problems, but I would have expected a call at least to inform me about this. Rodger was extremely rude over the phone (as many of the reviews have said) and not cooperative at all, pretty much yelled over me the entire time.I asked if we could work something out since I have another vehicle that needs work done to which he said , I would never touch one of your cars again. Dont worry, you wont. I have never been to a shop where they dont inform you about the cost of repairs before they do them. I went to pay for the repairs(which I had to pay for with multiple cards since I was expecting a much lower cost) and Rodger complained about all the processing fees I was making him pay to run the cards. Very unfortunate considering Ive been looking for a trustworthy mechanic for a while now.

Robert that works there said he would call me back! Good thing I didn't hold my breath all I heard were crickets.. He is BAD for business there--just my personal opinion.. Got a Battery and some parts that cost around $300 but then charged me a $1,000 for labor for all day..He like it's raining outside while he's the one pissing on you! ---UNREAL (Karma ) will work ..It comes back home to roost!!NEVER AGAIN!!

The owner was my night in shining armor yesterday when my van died at the post office. I had called a tow truck, but their portable jumper cables didnt have enough charge. Roger just happened to be there picking up his mail and he jumped right in offering his help. He got my van running so I could drive it to his shop, then got my battery replaced in less than 30 minutes. Quick service, fair pricing, and very personable!
