I do recommend this place. Staff is great & always welcoming to me. Ive never had any issues with them or the NP?!!! Only thing I can say is I had a bad meltdown in front of the NP awhile back. I was all over the place, and very depressed! I think I scared her and made her feel uncomfortable. If you have any mental issues, my advice is keep that to your psychiatrist or therapist. If you dont have one, I advise you seek some type of mental health help. I just make sure I go here to deal with my type 2 diabetes issues and thats it!!! Anything else or any other issues, I go to where it takes me too, if that makes sense!!!!

Sentara has some of the worst customer service I've ever known. For one thing, they repeatedly hang up on you when you call them.

I was recommended to this facility by my medical doctor. I cannot give Dr. Jason Williams enough accolades as to helping me with Severe neck pain which was muscle and nerve related. He took the time to listen where I described my ailment and proceeded to create a plan of treatment. After numerous visits I am on the road to recovery. He is dedicated and compassionate. Support staff worked around my schedule and were friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this facility and Dr. Williams.
