My wife and I have a small hose property and we decided to install an ultraviolet filter on our well system, because of concerns over signs that there might be coliforms in our well. We contacted 2 companies and selected Culligan water because of the price point and the fact that they have been serving our system for over 20 years. The Sales representative, Mike Lausten, did everything a great salesman does. He didn't try to up sell us, he gave us a fair price, he kept every single commitment he made to us and stayed on top of the whole process. We ran into a leaking pipe situation shortly after the install because of the age of our house and Mike came out and without hesitation said they would replace a section of pipe as a precaution at no charge. Many sales people get amnesia or try to pass on the problem to the service department, but not Mike. If you need to upgrade your well water treatment system, Mike is your guy.
