      image I have had three appointments, taken three days off of work, and the tech has NEVER COME TO OUR HOME. We have spent over eight hours on hold and no one has come, and no one will escalate. Three days of missed work, waiting at our home between 8AM and 5PM with no cancellation and no one showing up. No apologies, and no response.
