        Paul and his crew did an outstanding job renovation our garage. It looks like a completely different space- more modern, cleaner, and organized. Everything was well explained and everyone was very professional and on time. I would definitely hire them again!

        I couldnt be happier with my new garage. Paul suggested just the right storage units to fit my needs. Ryan did a perfectionists job in completing the install while resolving an unexpected issue along the way. Im very pleased with the quality of the products and the professionalism shown by Paul and Ryan.

        I wanted to work with Garage living. I liked the pictures on the website, but I could hardly get a response and it was only after sending a separate email that I got a response. After that i was told the price for a two car garage which is not what I have. It was clear that the price given was meant to tell me they did not want the job. However I schedule time with Paul but he gave me a 4 hour window to come to my home. He then showed up 2 hours before the window he gave me and was frustrated I had another appointment. He and I did meet and he mentioned he would send a quote after the weekend. He did not send the quote or have any contact with me for over a week. When he sent me something, it was a drawing with no quote. Because of the lack of response time and the clear lack of interest in my small garage, I went with another company. That company gave me a quote the same day and answered all my questions. They also are able start in one week with no lead time for cabinets. I went into this process with Garage Living being my top choice, but my interactions were disappointing on every level.

We're sorry to hear that your interaction with our team did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is important to us, and we take it seriously. We understand that clear communication and prompt responses are essential, and we apologize for any delays or misunderstandings that may have occurred. With that said our goal is to reach out to within 24 hrs of receiving an information/consult request and usually we respond within a couple hours but sometimes our days don’t go as planned as a small business and we miss the 24 hrs. For the 2 car vs 1 car information it appears that didn’t come through in the form so we are checking with our IT team if something got truncated, thanks for bringing that to our intention. Lastly for the design process we always get a customer’s ok from a 3D design that our team produces before quoting which we go over during appointment for next steps. Should you ever reconsider working with us in the future, we'd welcome the opportunity to demonstrate the level of service we're known for.
