The technician did not troubleshoot my refrigerator problem correctly, resulting in over $500 in repairs which did nothing to fix the problem. When he installed the parts, he didn't even wait around to see if the problem was resolved, perhaps because he knew the parts wouldn't help? Either the technician lacks the knowledge to troubleshoot refrigerators, or doesn't care enough to troubleshoot. Either way, I recommend you do not use this business. Service: Refrigerator repair

We had a Samsung refrigerator that was just 5 years old that had stopped working and the ice maker kept freezing over. We had managed to get it running again by turning it off and turning it on, but had no idea whether it would keep working. Scott is the type of business owner you want to deal with. At first, we had an employee who we were not satisfied with. We called back just to leave feedback and Scott answered and said he was heading over. He arrived approximately 30 minutes later and WOW! He explained everything to us and went over option for repair and pricing. He spent the time that was necessary so we knew what we were in for. Long story short, our Samsung died the following day and thanks to Scott, we were prepared for that to happen. We have purchased a new refrigerator and we knew what to look at based on Scott's knowledge. Highly recommend Pion's and be sure you ask for Scott. Service: Refrigerator repair
