        We have not been there a month yet and it has been so far a very frustrating experience. The staff is eager to help get you in the door. After that, it feels like you are on your own. I have contacted the main office and spoken with Maya, Ryan and Carla, and still have no resolve. Ryan has been the most helpful getting us in and helping us through the different issues. Otherwise, extremely unsatisfied. The maintenance has a key to enter one day and then doesn't the next, and then the staff cannot provide an answer as to how it keeps getting lost. Maintenance has been the worst experience I have dealt with during my residency anywhere. Would like to get through lease term so I can consider a place that truly stands by their advertising and marketing. *****3/14/24 I just moved back to Parc Dulles and its truly like night and day! Maintenance, office and management staff have been outstanding! Maintenance was so helpful today and I really appreciated the detailed explanation and support to my service request! Excellent and prompt customer service! Very polite and professional..

        I usually never write reviews but this one NEEDS to be mentionedThese apartments are miserable. They REFUSE to fix air conditioning units that are woefully inadequate for the buildings. We submitted work requests 3 separate times after it was 80-85 in the apartment during the summer, the A/C is incapable of maintaining anything less. Hot water heater went out, refrigerator was broken and very noisy, microwave had to be replaced, leaky faucets, broken balcony railing that was unsafe, the list goes on. Management just brushes everything under the rug and makes excuses and never fixes the problems. Despicable behavior from management, and they censor their social media HEAVILY and have deleted any negative comments from their pictures, AND they block anyone that comments anything that brings attention to the terrible condition of these apartments (ask me how I know). Please DO NOT RENT HERE, it is not worth the money or the hassle.

        We have been living in Lerner Parc Dulles for the last 5 year and we enjoy living in this community. The apartment complex is conveniently located in a secure, quiet and friendly neighborhood. The community common areas are beautiful, clean, spacious and well maintained. The rent is also reasonable for the amenities provided. The management and staff are very friendly, courteous and attentive. And special thanks to David, the manager! He always does his best to help and find solutions for the residents whenever there are any concerns. Overall a good place to rent!
