I was very pleased with the prompt response about my car insurance. Mary Beth is always so pleasant when ever I see her at the office etc. And very helpful in answering any questions.

Faith was zero help and wasted my time of 40 minutes ,didn't understand anything on our own and had to wait numerous times for her to make phone calls to others cause she didn't know herself all that just to be turned away ,was a member of farm bureau insurance in another state for 12 years , absolute joke of a business and a waste of time ,goes to show how far loyalty to a company goes

I have been a Farm Bureau customer for almost 10 years now and Mark and his team have continually over-delivered for my family! Since day one he's been very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Mark Mills is always informative and helpful with advice on getting the best value in policies. Farm Bureau has also been very quick and helpful when I've had a claim.
