        While driving the backroads on the way to Natural Chimneys Park at 94 Natural Chimneys Lane in Mt. Solon, Virginia we decided to stop at the Sunrise Market & Deli in Dayton, Virginia. We originally going to get a drink but once we stepped inside that quickly changed. There were several people in line at the rear deli counter. One gentleman said the chicken supreme was delicious & another customer said everything is delicious. With those reviews we decided it was time for LUNCH lol. I ordered the chicken supreme with the macaroni salad & hubby ordered the chicken salad sandwich. The food tasted fresh & was full of flavor. There are only two booths inside the restaurant & a few tables outside.  Being a city girl I loved seeing the Mennonite community pulling into the parking lot in a horse & buggy. Excellent service, food & prices. Sunrise is worth the trip!

        Was a great little find during our annual trip up to Massanutten, so had to stop by again this year for lunch. The deli sandwiches are awesome.
