No one was at the front desk the hole time I was there . So there for I didn't get to tan and also this was my first time going to the gym . Might go back to planet fitness at least they have some one there to assist you .

Would have been 5 stars but one of the selling points was the cleanliness and I see a lot of patrons DO Not wipe the machines off after use. I always do!

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!  I bought a month to month memberships because I was only going to be in the area a few months.  On 1/13/23 while at the gym I asked Denise how to cancel because I was going back to LA & they don't have locations there. She said a manager has to do it & she would make a note to get that done for me.  On 2/1/23 I spoke to T on the phone to confirm it was canceled because if not, a payment would be automatically deducted from my account.  She checked into and said "yeah it has been canceled already."  However, on 2/12/23 I saw that the company had drafted a payment for the dues.  I had to call again but there was no manager on duty.  I gave her my info & asked her to have the manager contact me immediately the next day.  Nathan who is the acting manager said that I had to do it online because they can't do it themselves.  He tried to insinuate that I hadn't actually asked anyone because that was the only way to cancel. I believe I was intentionally lied to by everyone there about the cancellation policy.  Had I looked at reviews before joining, I would've known that they continuously do this.  When I did go online to cancel, I was forced to pay for that.  This company is the worst.  If anyone has been misled, please contact me as I will be filing a lawsuit.
