Hi Steve,We are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. After less than two days on this job, we received multiple complaints from you and your wife that we felt were unreasonable. After attempting to address these concerns without success, it was clear to us that we would not be able to meet your expectations, and we decided to discontinue our work on the project. We then refunded your deposit in full on the next business day, removed all our tools/supplies from your home, and elected not to charge you anything for the $700+ worth of services we had provided to that point. We notified you that we had a prior contractual obligation simply to make you aware that we may have to work around that schedule at some point during the project. We strive to treat all of our customers like they are the only customer, but we do sometimes have to manage multiple projects at once, so we were simply trying to communicate clearly regarding any potential scheduling issues. Again, we are sorry you were not satisfied with the experience. We wish you the best in getting the project completed with another provider.
