      image Think twice before using Boost! I got their service at the end of June 2023 and with where I live I had no service. I went back to them a few days later to cancel my service. They would not take my phone back but told me my service was cancelled. After a few months I discovered I was still being charged for my monthly fee. I spoke to someone who told me I'd receive a refund for $342, and I was given a ticket #. After a few days when I spoke to someone else, they said there was no refund, even though I had been given a ticket refund #. My whole experience consisted of very rude, unknowledgeable, and inexperienced people, ALL telling me different things. It was the worse experience I've dealt with with any company.
