        Great stop on the Virginia Creeper trail

        We drove to Green Cove to hike part of the Virginia Creeper. The Road we took was narrow and winding, but other that the hike was perfect. We did not enter the station.

        This visit was a bit unexpected but well worth the stop. Better yet it came equipped with friendly knowledgeable staff. Although I was told the resident feline can be a bit grumpy, even he was nice to me. It was the perfect visit and I highly recommend this as a stop when in the area. One of the only stations left from the VA Creeper rail line.
