Was, I guess, with them for 4 years. Used to be a really great lady there. I cannot even begin to word my frustration at their beyond lack of just basic respect even, much less customer service today. With 2 women in the office. I'm honestly not sure if the new office "manager" is related to the owner or other, but I'm willing to bet that's going to be a hard lesson learned for them. Completely disrespectful. From talking over me, hanging up on me, then either putting me on hold and not coming back or not answering at all. Intentionally. I had asked to speak to the Ops manager about a situation...who I found out was the owner. I was disallowed by 2 women in the office. One claiming to be the "manager" They didn't used to be like this. I was never even disrespectful, nor could I communicate the situation fully or pay as I had planned to. It was surreal. But people don't forget this level of disrespect. I'm sure their business has increased with the recent mergers and lessened competition as the area booms. That's when they show their actual "care", I guess. When you don't matter. But new competition will come. And the majority of potential customers to you still, will be the ones you've treated like this. And they will not forget.

They always answer their phones for the life person. We got a couple of inches of snow but the roads were clear. My trashcan had snow and ice on the top of it when I looked out the window. I had taken it out the day before. I wondered if Davis would pick up the trash or would miss it because of the snow. I had a small bag I thought Id add to the can and when I opened it, I was happy to see that, despite the snow., they had already picked up the trash. This is a company on which you can rely.
